Job Title:Senior Data Ops Engineer ( Multiple locations ) Location:Irving, TX What's the Job? โ€ข Implement and operationalize modern AI-enabled data capabilities on cloud platforms to support large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and distribution. โ€ข Leverage AI frameworks to automate data management, governance, and compliance processes, including data pipelines, quality, and metadata management. โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roadmap, plan, and deliver critical data capabilities aligned with organizational priorities. โ€ข Review and analyze complex multi-faceted data engineering challenges, providing strategic solutions that meet compliance and operational standards. โ€ข Contribute to the migration of on-premises systems to cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization. What's Needed? โ€ข 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on cloud data solutions such as Spark, Kafka, and BigQuery. โ€ข Hands-on experience with AI tools like LangChain, LangGraph/ADK, and agentic frameworks for automation and data capabilities development. โ€ข Proficiency in designing and supporting data lakehouse architectures using Python, pySpark, and cloud services like Google Cloud Storage and Data Proc. โ€ข Experience developing data flows with Kafka, Flink, and Spark streaming technologies. โ€ข Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and metadata management in large data environments.
