This role requires deep expertise in data analytics, statistical modeling, and advanced programming, combined with proven leadership experience in driving large-scale data initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring both technical proficiency and the ability to collaborate across business units to deliver data-driven insights and solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced data science and analytics solutions for large-scale business challenges. • Manipulate and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, or Scala. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven strategies with business objectives. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data science teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables. • Develop models and algorithms that enable actionable insights, risk mitigation, and predictive analytics. • Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving informed decision-making. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • 15+ years of experience in data analytics or a related discipline. • 10+ years of experience in efficient programming for large-scale data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, R, or Scala. • 10+ years of professional experience developing enterprise-scale analytic solutions and leading data science project teams. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide high-performing analytics teams. • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. • Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and execution abilities.
