We’re looking for a hands-on, driven Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate with product managers, growth marketers, and leadership to drive data-informed decisions that shape our products and user experiences. Key Responsibilities • Lead Analytics Initiatives: Dive deep into Client Express data to uncover product and business opportunities. Develop and execute a machine learning strategy and roadmap. • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product development and leadership teams to inform business strategy and product roadmaps through data insights. • Experimentation & Analysis: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests. Deliver actionable insights that drive product improvements. • Champion Data Culture: Inspire teams by promoting experimentation and sharing insights that spark innovation. • Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate with development teams on product instrumentation, user flow analysis, and data capture to ensure strong data foundations. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering). • 5 + years of hands-on experience in a data science role. • Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into impactful outcomes. • Experience with machine learning modeling and data inference is a strong plus. • Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing product and business decisions. • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives solutions to completion.
