Role description
We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist who loves building models that actually ship. If you thrive at the intersection of statistical rigor, production ML, and real business impact - this role is for you. What you'll do: • Build and tune statistical and ML models that solve identity and fraud problems at a massive scale • Monitor deployed models in production — catch drift early, recommend retraining, keep performance sharp • Translate model outputs into clear recommendations for product and business teams • Work side-by-side with ML Engineers from research through deployment • Help shape customers' data science standards and playbooks What you'll bring: • 5+ years applying ML and statistics to real business problems • Master's or PhD in Statistics, CS, Data Science, or equivalent experience • Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL (Snowflake) • Experience with production ML environments — deployment, APIs, monitoring • AWS cloud proficiency • Excellent communication skills — you can explain a model to an engineer and a CFO Nice to have: • Fraud detection, anomaly detection, or identity verification domain experience • Familiarity with Looker for dashboards and data storytelling • Graph ML or network analysis experience • Experience with Go, R, or Java
