Senior Data Scientist

TTC Group is hiring on behalf of its client for a Senior Data Scientist – Supply Chain Optimization role. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in deploying machine learning and optimization solutions to production, as well as strong executive communication skills. The candidate should be comfortable presenting to VP-level stakeholders and influencing the adoption of data science products and solutions Role: Senior Data Scientist – Supply Chain Optimization Location: Deerfield Beach, FL — onsite Duration: 12 months Contract Only Independent candidates No layers Must-Have Qualifications Production ML Deployment • Built and deployed machine learning solutions that are actively used by business users. • Experience owning the lifecycle from model development through deployment, monitoring, and adoption. • Able to discuss measurable business impact (cost savings, forecast accuracy improvement, inventory reduction, service-level gains, etc.). Supply Chain Analytics Strong experience in at least one of: • Demand forecasting • Inventory optimization • Logistics/network optimization • Supply planning • Transportation optimization • Automotive industry experience is a strong plus. Azure Ecosystem Hands-on experience with: • Azure Machine Learning • Azure Synapse Analytics • Azure AI Foundry • Comfortable deploying, orchestrating, and operationalizing models in Azure. Executive Presence • Has presented analytics recommendations to Directors, VPs, or C-suite stakeholders. • Can translate technical findings into business outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption rather than simply deliver models. Ideal Candidate Background • 8+ years in Data Science / Operations Research / Advanced Analytics. • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, or Logistics teams. • Strong optimization toolkit (linear programming, mixed-integer optimization, simulation, heuristics, forecasting). • Python, SQL, Azure cloud stack. • Track record of influencing business decisions through executive presentations.
