Job Title: Senior Data Scientist / ML Architect

Overview
We are building an internal marketing insights platform that transforms historical marketing content into actionable business intelligence. The platform is evolving from a static, single-source prototype into a continuously updated, multi-channel marketing intelligence solution.
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist / ML Architect with strong expertise in NLP, machine learning, LLMs, and experimentation to help scale and enhance the platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Enhance existing content-processing workflows and develop new pipelines to support additional marketing data sources.
• Improve clustering and content similarity models that enable searchability and comparison of marketing assets.
• Optimize and evaluate the SQL agent that provides natural language access to marketing data.
• Design and execute evaluation frameworks for platform insights, including A/B testing and performance measurement.
• Partner closely with Marketing stakeholders and Data Engineers to ensure solutions drive measurable campaign impact.
• Build and deploy ML-powered services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Support continuous improvement of data science and AI capabilities across the platform.
Required Qualifications
• 11–14 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-focused roles.
• Strong applied ML and Data Science background with hands-on experience in:
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Unsupervised learning and clustering techniques
• LLM APIs and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph)
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Strong Python development skills, including API development with FastAPI.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and modern data platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with marketing or MarTech platforms such as:
• Braze
• Marketo
• Facebook Ads
• Google Ads
• Experience with content and asset management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager - AEM).
• Familiarity with analytics and data warehouse platforms such as:
• BigQuery
• Cloud-based data warehouses
