What You'll Do
• Lead the scoping, design, and delivery of high‑impact AI/ML initiatives from concept through operationalization
• Build, test, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using tools such as Databricks, MLFlow, dbt, and Dagster
• Identify and trial emerging technologies to keep our analytics toolkit ahead of industry peers
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed advanced analytics into everyday decision‑making
• Communicate complex analytical findings in clear, actionable ways to audiences from frontline staff to executive leadership
• Mentor and develop analytics talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of professional experience delivering advanced analytics solutions with measurable impact
• Proven track record in AI/ML experimentation, deployment, and scaling
• Strong technical expertise in established analytics methods and tools
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into strategic action
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Econometrics); Master's or PhD a plus
• Experience in the education sector is helpful but not required
