Senior Data Scientist contract London, hybrid We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist (contractor) to lead the development of an AI-powered chatbotwithin a dynamic membership ecosystem for iOS and Android. If you're passionate about Generative AI, conversational systems, and scalable tech – this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing • Drive the design, development, and optimization of a production-ready AI chatbot using LLMs and GenAI tools. • Build conversational flows and personalization features that enhance user experience. • Integrate the chatbot with client documentation and backend systems. • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and deliver a seamless user experience. • Collaborate with product stakeholders to align AI strategy with business objectives. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior data scientists. • Work hands-on in an Agile/Kanban team alongside Backend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of Data Science experience • Strong hands-on expertise with GenAI technologies (LLMs, agentic AI, agents, Azure OpenAI API) • Prior chatbot development experience (a strong plus) • Experience with recommender systems is a bonus
