Senior Data Scientist – Telecom Analytics & ML Models

Requirements
• Advanced Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Math).
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL and tools such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL).
• Experience deploying models in cloud environments (GCP preferred).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of telecom networks: Basic familiarity with 4G/5G, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and related technologies.
• FWA Analytics Models: Develop models for Fixed Wireless Access including Health Score, Multivariate Anomaly Detection, and Forecasting.
• Trusted Connection Analytics: Build the Trusted Connection Knowledge Agent for intelligent connection assessments.
• Security Health Scores: Develop ML models for ZTNA and EUX Health Scores.
• SD-WAN Model Repurposing: Refactor and adapt NHS, MACD, and TSF models for new data sources.
• GCP Enablement: Migrate and onboard data and ML models to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end data science projects, from ideation to production and monitoring.
• Design and deploy machine learning models across various domains: regression, classification, anomaly detection, forecasting, clustering, NLP, etc.
• Conduct data analysis and statistical modeling to extract insights and inform decisions.
• Visualize insights and create compelling dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to ensure data readiness for modeling.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to define problems and deliver solutions.
• Communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI/ML, MLOps, and data engineering.
• Mentor junior data scientists, sharing best practices and guiding career development.
