Senior Data Scientist

We’re expanding our data science team and looking for 10 Senior Data Scientists to join exciting GenAI and Databricks projects across Europe. You’ll be working with leading enterprise clients, helping them design, build and productionise next-generation AI solutions. The Role • Lead data science and GenAI projects for enterprise customers • Build and deploy ML/GenAI models in Databricks at production scale • Perform advanced EDA and modelling using Python, pandas, sklearn, etc. • Act as a trusted consultant to clients, bridging technical and business needs • Collaborate with global teams across Europe and the US What We’re Looking For • 4+ years in Data Science/ML/GenAI/MLOps, with proven productionised models • 3+ years in customer-facing consulting roles • Strong hands-on Databricks experience • Proficiency in Python (pandas, sklearn, ML libraries) • Based in Europe, comfortable working US business hours (EST/PST overlap required) • Clear communicator, able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders Why Join Us • Work at the forefront of Generative AI and Lakehouse technology • Partner with world-class clients on real-world projects • Competitive senior consulting rates • Remote-first across Europe, with the flexibility to work from anywhere while aligning with US projects If this sounds like you, apply today — we’d love to hear from you.
