Role description
We are seeking a skilled Jira Program Portfolio Analyst to support a behavioral health modernization initiative for a State Program. This role will work closely with program leadership to drive OKR tracking, workflow governance, and training delivery across Atlassian tools.
Responsibilities
• Analyze OKR and financial tracking data to provide actionable insights
• Monitor workflows and approval processes for program products
• Track roadmap milestones and escalate risks as needed
• Generate reports on progress and variances
• Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement
• Develop and deliver training programs on Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence
• Coordinate training logistics and materials
• Report on training effectiveness and participation
Required Qualifications
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence)
• Experience with data analysis tools (Atlassian Analytics, Power BI, Tableau)
Compensation: $50.00/hr to $55.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
