We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Data Visualization Analyst / Business Intelligence Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and business expertise in developing data visualization solutions, driving analytics adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful insights. This role will work on complex and visible projects that span multiple technologies and business domains, often acting as a project lead. Key Responsibilities: - • Lead or contribute to complex, cross-functional analytics and visualization projects. • Translate business requirements into scalable and effective data visualization solutions. • Collaborate with data engineers and subject matter experts to design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions. • Use industry-standard data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) to build impactful dashboards and reports. • Drive the development and adoption of analytics standards and best practices across teams. • Define and validate business metrics and KPIs with business stakeholders. • Provide coaching and technical mentorship to junior team members and peers. • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for business users on interpreting visual insights. • Actively engage in project planning, task estimation, and resource alignment. • Lead system testing and ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are met. • Create executive-level reports and presentations to support data-driven decision-making. • Research, evaluate, and recommend new visualization tools and techniques. • Participate in Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for emerging BI and analytics technologies. • Develop compelling visual narratives that simplify complex data stories for diverse audiences. • Champion a culture of data and analytics adoption across the organization Qualification: - • Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or other related field. Or equivalent work experience • 5-10 years of experience in developing business analytics solutions, focusing on requirements gathering and effective visualization of insights. • 5-10 Years of experience with data visualization/BI tools, such as Qlik or Tableau, SQL, and semantic data access mechanisms. • Experience in driving analytics-enabled business process innovation. • Has a broad level of understanding surrounding business information systems. • Experience in leading small project teams and streams. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes that span multiple business areas, identify and understand requirements, and develop alternate solutions. • Experience designing, developing, and testing business • Potential to convert to FTE based on performance. • SAP background • Connect with business and clients.
