Location- Minnetonka office 3x a week starting Jan 2026
Duration- 7 months- CONTRACT TO HIRE ROLE
Worksite Arrangement:
This position is approved for Office (Minnetonka or Madison)
This position would work onsite 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs) beginning in January 2026.
This position is a contract to hire.

Our Minneapolis based client is seeking a Senior Database Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of both legacy and modern data platforms in an enterprise environment.
Must Haves:
7 years of experience in database engineering or a related technical role.
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Oracle, Snowflake, or Azure SQL Database.
Familiarity with system performance tuning, and query optimization.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud-native data services.
Automation mindset with scripting or automation skills (e.g., Ansible, Python, Terraform).
Nice to Haves:
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines in cloud or hybrid environments.
Experience with Liquibase or other database change management tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices.
Experience with monitoring tools and observability platforms.
Background in Agile or SAFe environments.
