Role        Lead Databricks Engineer Duration    12+ Months Contract to Hire Location     Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days Onsite) Need Local Role Overview: • External hire, full-time, based in Charlotte (in-office required 3 days a week) • Oversee the existing DBA team (reporting updates to the Manager) • Provide technical guidance and introduce the DBA team to Databricks Ideal Candidate: • Hands-on Databricks experience (senior developer level) • Knowledge of database technologies: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL • AWS cloud experience • Some team lead/oversight experience (or aspiring to lead) • Financial services domain experience is a plus, not mandatory Required Skill Databricks AWS Python Pyspark Pracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
