About The Role Redhorse Corporation supports the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Logistics (CCJ4) in accelerating the delivery of data engineering models and products to expand customer advantages. This critical effort directly supports the Joint Logistics Enterprise and USCENTCOM missions focused on promoting international cooperation, responding to crises, deterring aggression, and developing resilient logistics and engineering capabilities for our partners. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and successful execution of these data-driven initiatives, directly impacting national security objectives. You will serve as the primary liaison between government stakeholders, technical teams, and partners, making a tangible difference in the success of USCENTCOM's missions. Key Responsibilities • Program Leadership & Oversight: Lead the end-to-end delivery of data engineering solutions, encompassing data ingestion, transformation, warehousing, and analytics. Develop and maintain project roadmaps, delivery schedules, risk management plans, and resource allocation. Ensure alignment of technical milestones with contract requirements and CENTCOM needs. • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for DoD program officers and contracting representatives. Provide regular updates, progress reports, and executive briefings to senior leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with government and industry partners. • Strategic Delivery: Drive continuous improvement in data engineering pipelines, tool adoption, and processes. Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery continuity. Support innovation efforts, aligning new data technologies with DoD objectives. Required Experience/Clearance • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). • Active DoD Secret clearance required; Top Secret/SCI strongly preferred. • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation program management, with at least 5 years leading large-scale data engineering or cloud-based projects. • Proven track record managing projects within the DoD or federal sector. • Strong understanding of the Databricks data intelligence platform. Desired Experience • Experience with Agile methodologies. • Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • PMP or other relevant project management certifications. • Familiarity with other data engineering tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).
