🚀 Senior Developer – Founding Partner Role (Equity Only) – UK-Based, Ideally Bristol Help Us Launch Flock Hub: The Future of AI-Powered User Research & Strategy We're looking for a senior developer to help us bring Flock Hub to market, a user research and strategy tool powered by AI that helps startups and innovators deeply understand their customers and make smarter product decisions at scale. The MVP is already built. Now, we're preparing for launch and looking for a technical partner to join us on this journey. 👀 Who We’re Looking For • A seasoned developer with experience in building and scaling SaaS platforms. • Ideally you have and can demonstrate live projects built with Node, React, MongoDB, Azure, OpenAI API, or Anthropic API. • Someone excited to join a venture as a partner. • A strong eye for product quality, user experience, and empowering tools. • UK-based, ideally near Bristol, but open to remote across the UK. 🤝 What’s on Offer • An equity-only role at this stage (equity % negotiable based on experience and involvement). • No salary or day rate initially, but paid client project work is possibly available if you’d like to get involved there too. • You’ll be a founding tech partner, helping shape the future roadmap, architecture, and scaling plans for Flock Hub. 🌱 Why Join Us?
