Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior OpenText Documentum Developer to support, enhance, and modernize our large‑scale enterprise Documentum environment. This role is hands‑on and requires deep technical expertise with OpenText Documentum, workflow development, cloud deployment, and system upgrades across multiple versions. You will play a key role in maintaining mission‑critical ECM applications, supporting users, optimizing system performance, and driving cloud migration initiatives to AWS. This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days onsite in Downey, CA each week. What You’ll Do • Documentum Application Development & Support • System Upgrades & Cloud Migration • AWS & Containerization • Collaboration & Troubleshooting Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years (recent) as a senior OpenText Documentum developer • Experience with Documentum versions 7.x, 16.x, 20.x, 23.x, 25.x, 26.x • Hands‑on with xCP, D2, Brava, CTS, DFC, Rest API, Java/J2EE • Strong background with RHEL Linux environments • AWS Cloud experience (EKS, Docker, Helm, Ingress, RDS, EFS, S3) • Experience supporting upgrades, migrations, and custom Documentum applications. • Kubernetes certification (CKA or KCSA) – Required. • Strong communication & stakeholder interaction skills Preferred Qualifications • AWS certifications: CSA, CKAD, KCSP • Experience in enterprise migrations from on‑prem to cloud • Strong BPM experience with OpenText Documentum • 3+ years working with end‑users, customers, and vendors
