Position Summary
Support the modernization of the client's needs to a modern platform. This includes:
• Maintaining and enhancing legacy systems (Natural, VB6, SQL).
• Supporting data cleanup, migration, and integration.
• Acting as a technical SME in meetings and planning sessions.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and enhance legacy applications using Natural, VB6, and SQL.
• Develop scripts for data cleanup, migration, and integrity checks.
• Collaborate in system design, testing, and validation efforts.
• Act as a technical SME in meetings and planning sessions.
• Support transition to .NET-based modern platform.
Required Skills
• 10+ years in Natural Programming Language, VB6, and SQL programming.
• Experience with .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET).
• Strong background in legacy system support and modernization.
• Familiarity with child welfare systems (MACWIS, CCWIS).
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ADABAS and federal CCWIS compliance.
• Prior involvement in child welfare system modernization projects.
