Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Senior Developer to join their team. As a Senior Developer, you will be part of the IT Service Management team supporting application functions across various business platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Developer Location: Remote What's the Job? โ€ข Develop and support application functions aligned with IT business platforms. โ€ข Fix logging issues and upgrade logging systems to ensure optimal performance. โ€ข Implement Splunk Observability and ITSI to enhance monitoring capabilities. โ€ข Provide guidance to other development teams on logging standards and best practices. โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams using various delivery methodologies including waterfall, Scrum, DevOps, and continuous delivery. What's Needed? โ€ข Proficiency in C# .NET language, MS SQL Server, XML, XSLT, and Visual Studio. โ€ข Experience with Duck Creek Field Engineering and using Git with Visual Studio. โ€ข Experience working with Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server, Visual Studio, TFS, ADO pipelines). โ€ข Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and adhere to ET working hours. โ€ข Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications, or equivalent education and experience.
