The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions aligned with business needs. Day-to-day tasks include coding, debugging, and optimizing software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technical requirements, and integrating AI and automation solutions. Additionally, the Senior Developer will play a key role in troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes. Qualifications • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data structures • Experience with software design, system architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Proven skills in debugging, testing, and performance optimization • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Prior experience in automation or robotic process automation (RPA) is a plus
