Role description
Hourly Rate: $65–$75/hr Location: Fully Remote (US‑based) Contract Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Analyst to help drive strategic decision‑making across web, mobile, and marketing channels. In this role, you will transform complex digital data into clear, actionable insights that shape digital strategy, enhance user experience, and improve marketing performance. Responsibilities Digital Analytics & Visualization • Analyze digital performance metrics, user journeys, and conversion funnels using Google Analytics 4 (GA4). • Build dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate trends and insights. Campaign Performance Insights • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. • Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve ROI, lead generation, and engagement. User Experience Optimization • Partner with Product and UX teams to study user behavior across digital touchpoints. • Identify friction points and recommend enhancements to improve user flows and overall digital experience. Experimentation & Testing • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests for landing pages, content, and end‑to‑end journeys. • Analyze and present test outcomes to key stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, meaningful narratives for marketing and product leadership. • Present insights that directly guide digital strategy and operational decision-making. Data Quality & Governance • Ensure analytics data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with privacy standards. • Assist with troubleshooting tracking issues and support tagging implementation via Google Tag Manager. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or similar research roles (financial services experience is a plus). • Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. • Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio. • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) is preferred.
