Role description
Our client, a software company that develops financial, tax, and accounting software, is hiring a Digital Business Analyst to join their customer experience data science team in San Diego, CA or Mountain View, CA. This team is executing service recovery, email, SMS, and autodialer touchpoints and campaigns to ensure customers "get across the finish line". As a Digital Analyst on this team, you will be responsible for using SQL and Python to capture consumer data insights and build a customer experience strategy/requirements to improve customer outreach and recovery outcomes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience using SQL and Python for data-driven insights and have supported analytics for contact center, customer service, or customer experience environments. Required Skills: β€’ Bachelor's Degree ina related field β€’ 5+ years of data analytics and business system analysis β€’ Experience using SQL and Python to query data β€’ Experience creating solutions for customer experience programs using data-driven insights What you will Do: β€’ Support push-to-cart voucher programs and coordinate with external teams as needed β€’ Partner cross-functionally with marketing, CX, product, vendors, and other analytics teams β€’ Conduct ad hoc analysis and support experimentation, including A/B testing and optimization of outreach strategies β€’ Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scale automation and outreach tooling β€’ Sentiment-based and Service Recovery outreach initiatives β€’ Support list management and execution of dialer and multi-touch campaigns (email, SMS, calls) β€’ Develop and maintain dashboards, data pipelines, and API integrations that support timely outreach β€’ Navigate compliance requirements (e.g., Sanctions Screening, National DNC) β€’ Hands-on development work-coding in SQL and Python, especially within the Databricks environment. β€’ Analytical work focused on generating actionable insights from large datasets. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders across AI science, data engineering, and product management teams. β€’ Monitor and analyze performance of CX programs
