Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Digital Analyst – Product Analytics to join a high-impact analytics team at a top retail e-commerce brand. This role focuses on analyzing end-to-end digital customer journeys, driving web performance insights, and influencing business decisions through data. You will work across multiple websites and collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, and Technology to deliver actionable insights and optimize the digital experience.
Responsibilities:
• Create weekly KPI dashboards, product reviews, and performance reports with actionable business insights.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis requests from brand leads and marketing teams.
• Conduct segmentation and performance analysis to identify user behavior trends and friction points.
• Partner with business leaders to define and analyze A/B and multivariate testing initiatives.
• Support personalization efforts and optimization of site functions to enhance user experience.
• Analyze marketing programs (email, SEO, paid media, affiliate) using multiple data sources.
• Use SQL and analytics tools to extract data from the Customer Data Warehouse and build custom reports.
• Validate data integrity by collaborating with IT and site managers on analytics tagging and QA.
• Present findings and data-driven recommendations directly to executives including VPs and the CEO.
Required Qualifications:
• 2–4+ years of experience in e-commerce/web analytics, preferably in the B2C retail space.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Strong business acumen with experience in site optimization, user behavior, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of presenting insights to executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing (MVT); willingness to lead testing strategy and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Analytics, Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with advanced analytics, forecasting models, or marketing attribution.
• Exposure to experimentation platforms or testing frameworks.
• Experience supporting multiple domains/brands in a fast-paced, data-driven organization.
