Our client is seeking a talented Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to lead measurement strategy and drive actionable insights across all major digital marketing channels. In this high-impact, fully remote role, you will act as the crucial bridge between internal marketing teams and external partners to shape the future of our data roadmap! Responsibilities: β€’ Omnichannel Analytics Ownership: Drive performance analysis across paid display, social, email, SEO, SEM, and web channels to optimize ROI and attribution. β€’ Dashboard Roadmap & Development: Own the strategy and evolution of foundational marketing dashboards, managing internal/external developers and designing custom reports as needed. β€’ Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with channel leads and marketing teams to align on reporting needs, manage request intake, and deliver actionable technical requirements. β€’ Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data sets into clear business insights and present performance trends and dashboard updates to senior leadership. β€’ Data Governance & Tracking: Establish and maintain data accuracy by overseeing QA/UAT processes, taxonomy, tagging, tracking, and platform data integrations. β€’ Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and documentation standards while advocating for analytics and experimentation best practices. Qualifications: β€’ 5-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or digital analytics. β€’ Strong hands-on experience analyzing paid media, social, email, SEO, SEM and website. β€’ Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. β€’ Experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Power BI). β€’ Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and experimentation. β€’ Proven experience managing external vendors or agency partners.
