Role description
Skills Required β€’ 5+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Power BI β€’ 5+ years of experience building solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform β€’ Strong Dataverse expertise, including: β€’ Data modeling and security β€’ C# plug-ins (sync/async, pipeline stages, performance) β€’ Proven experience with Power Automate (complex flows, retries, exception handling) β€’ Experience building Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps β€’ Experience building Copilot Studio Agents and implementing them in a production environment. β€’ 8+ years of experience working in a large enterprise IT organization is preferred. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience is preferred. Special Qualification β€’ sStrong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Customer Service Premiu β€’ mHands-on experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service (voice, chat, SMS β€’ )Experience designing or implementing voice or conversational agent solutions (Copilot Voice Agents / conversational automation β€’ )Power Platform ALM / DevOps solution management experience (Azure DevOps or GitHub β€’ )Azure integrations (Custom Connectors, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs β€’ )Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power BI ) Work Description and Responsibilitie s:We are seeking a senior contractor to design, build, and optimize solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center and the Power Platform. This role will support and enhance a live Omnichannel environment (voice, chat, SMS), build Copilot Voice Agent experiences, and deliver scalable solutions using Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
