β’ 5+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Power BI
β’ 5+ years of experience building solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
β’ Strong Dataverse expertise, including:
β’ Data modeling and security
β’ C# plug-ins (sync/async, pipeline stages, performance)
β’ Proven experience with Power Automate (complex flows, retries, exception handling)
β’ Experience building Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps
β’ Experience building Copilot Studio Agents and implementing them in a production environment.
β’ 8+ years of experience working in a large enterprise IT organization is preferred.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience is preferred.

s:We are seeking a senior contractor to design, build, and optimize solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center and the Power Platform. This role will support and enhance a live Omnichannel environment (voice, chat, SMS), build Copilot Voice Agent experiences, and deliver scalable solutions using Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
