Role description
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
· Experience:
o 5+ years in systems engineering, infrastructure support, or monitoring roles.
o 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
· Technical Skills:
o Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualized environments (VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
o Basic networking understanding (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
o Experience with scripting or automation tools like PowerShell or Bash (preferred).
o Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring.
o Experience with ITIL practices and regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services).
· Soft Skills:
o Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
o Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
o Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
