Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Seeking a Senior Dynatrace Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise monitoring solutions. This role supports the INET Program, ensuring end to end visibility across hybrid, multi cloud, and microservices environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring solutions using Dynatrace.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and health checks for system reliability.
• Monitor Windows/Linux servers, VMware, AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Support application monitoring (synthetic & real user).
• Provide insights during incident response and RCA.
• Recommend improvements to monitoring standards and alert strategies.
Required Skills
• 5+ years with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, VMware, AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience migrating from Dynatrace Managed to SaaS.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, Jira/ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred
• Exposure to Kubernetes/container monitoring.
• AWS Solution Architect Professional Certification.
