Compensation range: $45-50/hr
Our large hospitality client is looking for a senior email marketing analyst to join their team. As a senior analyst within the customer marketing operations team, youβll play a critical role in supporting the execution and optimization of customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with the marketing and technology teams to develop, test, and execute complex, personalized email and mobile communications to tens of millions of customers. You will also manage campaign workflows, gather business requirements, perform quality assurance, and report on campaign performance.
Responsibilities
β’ Build, segment, target, track, test, deploy and monitor performance of personalized email, push and text-message (SMS) campaigns using our email service provider (ESP), Braze
β’ Develop strong partnerships with outside vendors, internal constituents and other departments to support open communication and ensure goals remain aligned
β’ Collaborate with Customer Marketing Operations leadership and the wider marketing team to develop and implement new and creative approaches to customer and business problems
β’ Execute the directives of the organizationβs mission, goals, and objectives, demonstrating self-motivation, open communication, and the ability to work in a group dynamic
β’ Champion the βCustomer-Centricβ mindset, driving customer-first thinking within the organization
β’ Develop and utilize HTML/CSS and email/mobile marketing best practices to create and code templates and interactive customer experiences
Requirements
β’ Minimum three years of experience in email and mobile marketing
β’ Experience with email editing software or enterprise email marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Figma)
β’ Experience using HTML, CSS, or XSLT
β’ Working knowledge of GIT (SourceTree), Postman, JIRA a plus
β’ Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MicroStrategy, JSON
β’ High quality presentation and communication skills
β’ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
