Senior End User & Cloud Engineer Hybrid, Neenah, WI Contract to Hire We’re looking for a Senior End User & Cloud Engineer to take ownership of modern workplace technologies while driving cloud-first initiatives across Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions that elevate end-user productivity and system performance. Role • Design, manage, and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) • Configure and support endpoint solutions, OS images, and virtual desktops (Azure Virtual Desktop) • Manage application packaging and deployment via Intune and SCCM • Drive automation and scripting using PowerShell and cloud-native tools • Integrate and manage Azure AD, Group Policies, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle • Collaborate on AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure projects to support broader IT initiatives • Maintain documentation, governance standards, and participate in roadmap planning • Provide tier-3 and escalated troubleshooting support Requirements • 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, end-user tech, and cloud environments • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows client OS, Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, and PowerShell • Working knowledge of AWS and Azure infrastructure services • Proven experience with endpoint management, patching, and security remediation • Strong understanding of modern identity and access management practices Apply now to join a forward-thinking team driving innovation across infrastructure and end-user experience.
