Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Application Engineering
• Design, develop, test, and support Treasury applications, services, APIs, reporting pipelines, and integrations.
• Build responsive front-end applications using React, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI patterns.
• Develop backend services, automation utilities, batch processing workflows, data processing components, and APIs using Python and Java.
• Treasury & Financial Analytics
• Partner with business, product, architecture, and technology teams to translate Treasury requirements into technical solutions.
• Support Treasury capabilities including liquidity management, funding, cash forecasting, financial analytics, Treasury reporting, workflow automation, and regulatory / management reporting.
• Build and support financial reporting pipelines, analytical models, regression models, data validation, and reconciliation workflows.
• Help modernize Treasury applications through modular, API-driven, reusable, and automation-friendly engineering patterns.
• AI Enablement & Agentic Workflows
• Design and implement AI-enabled prototypes and production features using LangGraph, Google ADK, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Build agentic workflows that coordinate APIs, data services, business rules, enterprise systems, and user interactions.
• Support use cases such as intelligent data validation, exception triage, report generation assistance, knowledge retrieval, and natural language query support.
• Ensure AI-enabled capabilities include governance, observability, auditability, prompt lineage, and responsible AI controls.
• Engineering Excellence
• Follow secure coding practices, code review standards, automated testing, CI/CD, and production readiness processes.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, troubleshooting, and application support.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve Treasury technology capabilities.

Regulatory Reporting domains.

• Strong experience developing enterprise applications using React, Python, SQL, Java, and relational databases.

• Hands-on experience implementing regression models, analytical models, batch processing workflows, and production-grade data processing solutions.
• Experience building APIs, integrations, data-driven applications, and batch/reporting workflows.
