Senior Engineer – Kofax Total Agility (KTA)

Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their Senior Engineer – Kofax Total Agility (KTA) @ Remote (Some Travel on Ireland location) Key area: We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Kofax Total Agility to design, develop, install and support intelligent document processing and workflow automation solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in KTA workflows, OCR/document capture, REST API integrations, and customization using .NET technologies. Experience in banking/financial services automation projects and Agile delivery is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop business process automation solutions using KTA. • Configure workflows, forms, queues, activities, and business rules. • Develop document classification, extraction, and OCR-based solutions. • Integrate KTA with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services. • Customize KTA components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL. • Develop Smart Forms and user interfaces within KTA. • Troubleshoot workflow, extraction, and performance-related issues. • Support deployment, migration, and installation activities. • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design. • Create technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions. • Ensure coding standards, security, scalability, and best practices are followed. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and estimation activities • IT experience in Kofax Total Agility- Development & • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field If this sounds like a role you would be interested in or if you know someone in this field.
