You will break down complex requirements, own feature delivery, and ensure code quality through best practices in testing, CI/CD, and documentation. You will also play a critical role in cloud and platform migration efforts, ensuring system performance, accessibility, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack solutions, including services, APIs, and UI components.
• Own delivery of major features or epics; translate requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Partner with product, UX, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and ensure on-time execution.
• Contribute to system and platform migration initiatives, including service refactoring, dependency upgrades, and cloud transition efforts.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces aligned with UX and design standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the tech stack and provide durable fixes for production systems.
• Support and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation tooling, and code quality improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and help unblock other engineers when needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of hands-on full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin (Spring Boot preferred).
• Experience with Python for automation, tooling, or service development.
• Strong scripting ability (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Proven experience designing and building microservices and REST APIs.
• Understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance optimization.
• Cloud experience in GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience using GitHub for source control, pull requests, reviews, and branch management.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting production environments (monitoring, logging, incident response).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud or application migration initiatives.
• Experience working with design systems, component libraries, or Storybook.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies, including:
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React (preferred) or Angular/Vue
• HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles
• REST API integration and state management
• Experience operating in large enterprise engineering environments.
