Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior EPM Analyst in Atlanta, GA. Job Responsibilities:
β’ Administer EPM: maintain/track hierarchy and system updates, regular database maintenance, validation and reconciliation, system security, backups and recovery, and troubleshooting system issues
β’ Senior EPM Analyst will lead and support Enterprise Data Management architecture for metadata quality and standards
β’ Perform month-end closing data loads of statistical and financial information
β’ Conduct quarterly change control and security audits
β’ Oversee data integration from source systems to EPM
β’ Responsible for the daily operations of EPM Applications and their availability to our end users
β’ Recommend ways to enhance Consolidation and FP&A activities in the system
β’ Work with Oracle Support to resolve application issues via service request
β’ Identify efficiency and effectiveness improvement opportunities for business operations
β’ As a Senior EPM Analyst, you will act as a department liaison to various business functions
β’ Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle EPM Cloud
β’ Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality
β’ Maintain documentation and training materials to ensure Finance Community is continuously educated
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field
β’ 5+ years of experience maintaining, supporting, and developing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions and reports
β’ Experience with design and build of inbound/outbound automated feeds with Oracle EDM
β’ ERP experience with SAP, JDE, AX and/or NetSuite
β’ Experience working in a manufacturing environment and the following applications/tools: Snowflake, Tableau, Fivetran
β’ Understand currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation under various GAAPs
β’ Strong understanding of dimensionality, hierarchies, attributes, and properties
β’ Knowledge of financial reporting and consolidations, accounting and planning databases
β’ Strong knowledge of advanced Oracle EDM concepts including data chain/object model, node type converters, subscriptions, expressions, and validation solutions
β’ Working knowledge of the functional aspects of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting
β’ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel skills
β’ Technical knowledge of scripting for writing custom consolidations, translation logic, business rules, and EPM Automation
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
β’ Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
β’ Organizational skills required in the form of documentation of work/training instructions
β’ Committed to a continuous learning environment to build expertise in EPM technologies
β’ Proven track record working on FCCS/PBCS Oracle EPM Cloud and developing financial models
β’ Ability to evaluate new system capabilities to determine a fit within the existing platform
β’ Ability to support training of internal Finance staff on advanced EPM concepts
β’ Ability to collaborate with other members of Finance, Operations and IT
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
