Title: Senior ETL Data Engineer Location: 300 S Brevard St Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 months Work Engagement: W2 Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: We are seeking a highly hands-on Senior ETL Data Engineer with strong SQL and .NET expertise. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in execution-focused environments and enjoys building, validating, and integrating data solutions. You will work closely with defined requirements and Jira stories, contributing directly to development and delivery rather than architecture or design. Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes for data integration and transformation • Design and build source-of-record (SOR) datasets and ensure data integrity and validation • Work extensively with SQL to query, manipulate, and manage large datasets • Develop and support solutions using .NET technologies • Execute assigned work via Jira stories, ensuring timely and accurate delivery • Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while remaining focused on hands-on engineering tasks • Utilize SSIS for ETL processes (initially), with potential transition to newer technologies over time Qualifications: • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. • Strong background as an ETL Data Engineer • Deep experience with SQL, including: • Data integration • ETL development • Data validation • SOR (Source of Record) creation • Practical experience with .NET development • Ability to operate as a hands-on, execution-focused engineer • Experience with Python • Experience with C#
