We are seeking a Senior ETL Developer with strong expertise in Informatica, SQL, and data integration to support the development and optimization of a large-scale data integration and analytics platform for a major public sector initiative. This role involves designing complex ETL processes, integrating diverse data sources, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced reporting and dashboards. You will play a key role on an Agile development team, collaborating closely with system architects, data engineers, and stakeholders to build efficient data pipelines and visualizations that serve cross-functional needs. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica IICS, IDMC, or PowerCenter. • Integrate data from various sources (Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, PDFs) for analytics and reporting. • Develop optimized SQL scripts and materialized views in Oracle to support data models and Tableau dashboards. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop mockups, and validate outcomes. • Support Java-based web components used for data visualization. • Participate in Agile ceremonies; contribute to epics, user stories, and sprint deliverables. • Perform integration, load, and stress testing to ensure robust deployments. • Document data models, processes, and technical workflows using tools like Visio or Erwin. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements (especially around PII/PHI). Minimum Qualifications • 8+ years of ETL development experience using Informatica (IICS, IDMC, or PowerCenter). • 8+ years working with diverse data sources for use in Tableau visualizations. • 8+ years of advanced SQL development with performance optimization. • 8+ years as a Systems Analyst or Data Engineer on enterprise analytics/BI platforms. • Strong technical documentation and diagramming skills. • Proficiency in Python scripting and working with Agile teams using JIRA. Preferred Qualifications • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams. • Experience with healthcare, public sector, or government data platforms. • Prior experience working with secure data (PII, PHI). • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web APIs. • Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
