Senior ETL Developer

🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior ETL Developer (IDMC + Snowflake) – Consultant Wenty LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer to support a leading financial client based in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Informatica IDMC, Snowflake, and large-scale Data Warehouse environments, with a focus on automation, optimization, and performance tuning of ETL workflows. 📍 Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote) ⏳ Duration: 12-month contract to hire (extendable) 🛂 Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens only 📝 Interview Requirement: 2 rounds of client video interviews 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Manage and support the Informatica (IDMC/IICS) environment, including automation, job scheduling, monitoring, upgrades, and performance tuning. • Design, develop, and implement complex ETL pipelines and data integration processes supporting enterprise data warehouses and data marts. • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and BI teams to define and optimize source-to-target mappings. • Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. • Optimize ETL performance and implement best practices for scalability, reusability, and maintainability. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and job dependency matrices. • Support and troubleshoot production ETL jobs and perform root cause analysis for failures. 🛠 Required Skills & Experience • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Informatica (IDMC/IICS) and enterprise-grade ETL development. • Proven expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse – data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization. • Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and PostgreSQL for query development and tuning. • Working knowledge of Python, SSIS, or similar ETL tools. • Experience with healthcare or financial data systems (e.g., QNXT, CCA, EDIFECS, Syntranet) is a plus. • Familiarity with CI/CD processes for data integration deployments is advantageous. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 🎓 Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field. 👉 If you’re a data integration professional passionate about building scalable, high-performing ETL solutions using IDMC and Snowflake — we’d love to connect! 📩 Application Instructions Apply today or reach out to us at careers@wenty.us | 🌐 www.wenty.us 🌐 Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement – Wenty LLC At Wenty LLC, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
