Senior Financial Data Analyst

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Senior Financial Data Analyst to join their team as a remote resource in the Greater Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, building SQL queries, integrating data into Snowflake, and building Power BI dashboards. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform journal entry procedures and identify process improvement opportunities • Support cash log processes, tax reporting, audits, and reconciliation procedures • Leverage error reporting and developing incremental reporting to identify and fix data issues • Work with new product/process teams to conduct testing procedures • Collect and integrate data into Snowflake • Write complex SQL queries to automate workflows and troubleshoot data issues • Build reporting dashboards and visualizations in Power BI REQUIREMENTS: • 3-5+ years of experience working with data for troubleshooting, reporting, and automation • Finance/accounting knowledge • Experience writing complex SQL queries • Experience working with Snowflake PREFERRED SKILLS: • Experience creating visualizations in Power BI • Experience using Python to create automations TERMS: This is a contract to hire opportunity with a wage up to $55/hr based on experience. Benefits will be offered by Pinnacle while on contract.
