We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead the development and execution of a data-driven strategy for the FX business. This role is central to transforming data into a strategic asset that drives revenue growth, enhances client engagement, and improves operational efficiency. Acting as a bridge between business needs, sales processes, trading operations, and technical execution, you will play a key role in shaping the future of FX through data. Key Responsibilities: • Define and implement a comprehensive FX data strategy to uncover new business opportunities and elevate client service. • Translate business needs into actionable data and BI solutions. Serve as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery. • Design and maintain robust data storage and governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, traceability, and security across eFX systems. • Develop and refine models to automate client-specific margining based on trading behavior and historical data. • Build dashboards and analytics tools that deliver actionable insights to Sales, focusing on client behavior, profitability, and cross-selling opportunities. • Drive adoption of BI tools across Sales and Trading teams. Lead training initiatives and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making. Key Requirements: • 6–15 years of experience in business analysis or data-focused roles within financial markets, ideally with exposure to FX or e-trading platforms. • Strong command of SQL and data modeling. • Proficiency in Python or R for analytics. • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker. • Deep understanding of FX trading, client pricing, and margin management. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across multiple departments. • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. Nice to Have: • Experience in a fast-paced, global banking environment. • Background in strategic transformation initiatives. • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
