This is a • • hands-on leadership role • • where you’ll drive end-to-end AI product development—from ideation to production—while ensuring scalability, reliability, and business impact. Key Responsibilities: • Architect, design, and implement • • GenAI & agent-based solutions • • • Lead hands-on development, prototyping, and optimization • Drive technical decisions and define best practices in AI/ML • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions • Evaluate emerging tools, LLMs, and agent orchestration frameworks • Mentor teams and ensure knowledge transfer • Translate business needs into technical roadmaps Required Skills & Experience: • 15+ years in AI/ML engineering with real-world product delivery • Strong expertise in LLMs, GenAI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) • Solid programming skills (Python preferred) • Experience building scalable, distributed systems • Hands-on experience deploying GenAI/ML solutions in production • Knowledge of MLOps, observability, and model evaluation • Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, CI/CD, containerization • Excellent communication & leadership skills • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments ⭐Nice to Have Experience with DevOps pipelines in ML workflows Exposure to • • AI copilots / agentic automation systems 📩 Interested?
