W2 Rate $76-78/hr – NO CTC – NO THIRD PARTY
Locations: Dallas, TX
Hybrid onsite - 3 days office/2 days remote
Requirements:
10+ years of software development and architecture experience
2+ years of hands-on Experience with GenAI Development Tools like GitHub CoPilot/Coding Agent, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin.
Strong Java skills required.
Nice to have:
1+ years of experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development is a plus
Strong Python experience is a plus
TypeScript is a plus.
Day to Day
Enable GenAI capabilities for the Wells Fargo enterprise Development community.
Identify GenAI tools, evaluate, productionize the tool.
Explore and integrate AI technologies (Agents, MCP Servers)
Build and support internal tools and applications
Implement modern engineering practices including automated testing and release strategies.
Pay: $76.00 - $78.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dallas, TX 75201
