Immediate need for a talented Senior Genesys Developer. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC/ Plano, TX(Hybrid). Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key Skills; Genesys • Pure Engage • Cloud platforms • Genesys Secondary : Cloud computing . • NICE, Virtual Hold, Cloud computing (AWS, Azure), Containerization (Docker,Kubernetes) . • Individual contributor role focused on delivering a specific Workstream in the upcoming Cloud migration Initiative. • No direct client interactions, but coordination with LOB and Ops stakeholders would be required.
