Senior GIS Analyst

Overview We are seeking a Senior GIS Analyst to support enterprise geospatial systems for large-scale infrastructure and transmission assets. This role will focus on enterprise GIS data management, spatial analysis, automation, and development of geospatial workflows and applications supporting engineering and planning teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize enterprise GIS databases and workflows • Develop Python-based geoprocessing automation and QA/QC workflows • Build and maintain complex spatial models and network datasets • Support enterprise ArcGIS feature services and authoritative datasets • Develop documentation, workflows, and training materials for GIS users • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to improve spatial data workflows • Develop web mapping applications and visualization tools as needed Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Planning, or related field with 6+ years of experience • OR 10+ years of professional GIS experience without a degree • Advanced experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise • Python scripting for geoprocessing and automation • Experience managing enterprise spatial databases • Ability to perform complex spatial analysis and modeling Preferred Qualifications • Experience with ESRI Utility Network • Remote sensing, LiDAR, or imagery processing • Web GIS development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python APIs) • GISP certification
