Senior GRC Analyst 1 year+ Contract Hybrid 4 days onsite NO THIRD PARTIES Only local candidates will be contacted We are seeking a highly motivated GRC Analyst to support the modernization and transformation of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical and automation background who is interested in applying their skills within GRC, risk, and compliance. The ideal candidate will help drive the migration from the current Archer platform to a new GRC solution while designing scalable, automated workflows and improving operational efficiency across the risk management function. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future-state GRC program. Key Responsibilities • Support the modernization of the enterprise GRC program, including migration from Archer to a new GRC platform • Design, build, and optimize automated workflows, integrations, and process improvements within GRC tooling • Partner with Risk, Security, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to translate manual processes into scalable automated solutions • Assist with configuration, implementation, and administration of GRC platforms and related tools • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and metrics to support risk and compliance visibility • Conduct risk assessments and support ongoing governance and compliance activities • Document workflows, configurations, and standard operating procedures for GRC processes • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across risk and compliance operations Required Qualifications • Experience with automation, systems engineering, DevOps, IT operations, or technical process engineering • Strong understanding of workflow automation, integrations, and tooling optimization • Experience with scripting, APIs, or low-code/no-code automation platforms • Ability to analyze business processes and design scalable technical solutions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in GRC, Risk Analysis, IT Compliance, or Information Security • Experience supporting GRC tool implementations, migrations, or platform administration • Familiarity with Archer or other GRC platforms • Technical professionals (Systems Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Automation Engineers) seeking to transition into GRC are encouraged to apply Why Join Us • Be a key contributor in transforming and modernizing the GRC program • Opportunity to shape automation-first risk and compliance processes • Work in a growing environment with strong executive support for modernization initiatives • Expand your expertise at the intersection of technology, automation, and enterprise risk To apply, send resumes to Katie George Westerberg Senior Recruiting Manager Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. |Please connect with me on LinkedIn #IT #midsenior
