Role description
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12 years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 6 years on Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.
• Proven track record as a technical or module experience on large-scale Guidewire transformation or greenfield programs.
• Deep knowledge of PolicyCenter configuration, Gosu development, integration patterns, and product model customization.
• Strong hands-on skills with unit testing, rules engine, web services (REST/SOAP), and Guidewire plugins.
• Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP), GIT-based deployments, and CI/CD tools is a plus.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and working in collaborative cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Guidewire certifications (PolicyCenter Configuration, Integration, or Cloud Specialist).
• Experience with commercial and specialty insurance products.
• Exposure to DataHub/InfoCenter and integration with billing or claims systems.
