Senior HotDocs Developer / Document Automation Consultant Houston, TX (Onsite/Hybrid)

Job Title: Senior HotDocs Developer / Document Automation Consultant Location: Houston, TX (Onsite/Hybrid) Job type:12 months plus Mandatory Skills • Strong hands-on experience with HotDocs Development and Template Design. • Expertise in HotDocs Interviews, Computations, Variables, Dialogs, and Template Creation. • Strong understanding of Document Automation concepts and Business Rule Modeling. • Experience analyzing business requirements and converting them into automated document templates. • Experience with document generation, forms automation, and document-intensive workflows. • Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production deployments. • Familiarity with legal, financial, or other forms/document-intensive business processes. Preferred Skills • Experience integrating HotDocs with web applications or REST APIs. • Knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) and workflow platforms. • Exposure to cloud-based document automation solutions. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Key Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, and maintain HotDocs templates and document automation solutions. • Design and configure HotDocs interviews, variables, and business rules. • Analyze document generation requirements and translate them into automated solutions. • Support SIT/UAT testing, troubleshoot defects, and assist with production deployments. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
