Brillect is adding Senior HRIS Analysts to our HR Practice community!
These part-time or full-time consulting roles offer the opportunity to support a variety of clients across industries with interim HRIS leadership, special projects, and short/long-term engagements. Please note that these roles are not direct employment with a client and often run anywhere from 3β6 months in length.

What Youβll Do
HRIS Strategy & Optimization
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert in HRIS platforms, with deep expertise in Dayforce or Workday.
β’ Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across HR functions.
β’ Configure and maintain system modules including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Time & Attendance.
β’ Partner with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into system solutions.
Data & Reporting
β’ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across platforms.
β’ Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
β’ Conduct audits and troubleshoot data issues proactively.
Process Improvement & Support
β’ Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
β’ Provide end-user training and support for HRIS tools and processes.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Finance, and IT.
Who You Are
β’ 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience, ideally in small-to-mid-sized organizations.
β’ Proven expertise in Dayforce or Workday (required).
β’ Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into system functionality.
β’ Analytical mindset with a passion for data and technology.
β’ Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong project management skills.
β’ Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client relationships.
