Duration: Long-Term Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior IBM Cúram Developer to support ongoing application development, enhancement, modernization, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in IBM Cúram, business rules development, verification processing, notices/correspondence management, security remediation, and modern front-end technologies. This role requires a hands-on developer who can work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while supporting ongoing maintenance and enhancement activities. Required Qualification s • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Cúra m. • Strong experience developing and maintaining Cúram Express Rules (CER ). • Experience with Verification Lifecycle Processing (VLP ). • Experience developing, configuring, and maintaining Notices and Correspondence solution s. • Hands-on experience with React.js for user interface developmen t. • Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities, including POAM (Plan of Action & Milestones) remediation activitie s. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, deployment, and production support processe s. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skill s. • Strong verbal and written communication skill s. Key Responsibilit ies • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain IBM Cúram applications and compone nts. • Develop, modify, and support Cúram Express Rules (CER) to implement complex business requireme nts. • Configure and maintain Verification Lifecycle Processing (VLP) functional ity. • Create, enhance, and support Notices and Correspondence templates and related proces ses. • Develop and support React-based user interface components and enhancem ents • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and production iss ues. • Address security findings and implement remediation activities for identified vulnerabilities and POAM it ems. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver soluti ons. • Participate in code reviews, testing activities, deployment support, and production stabilization effo rts. • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and development best practi ces. Preferred Qualifica tions • Experience supporting government, healthcare, human services, or public sector prog rams. • Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies and Cúram technical architec ture. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environm ents. • Experience with application modernization and UI enhancem ents. • Familiarity with CI/CD processes, automated testing, and DevOps pract ices.
