6 -12 Month contract - MUST work Eastern Time Zone Hours - 8am -5pm EST - Pay $70.00 - $80.00 per hour W-2 ONLY - NO Sponsorship, NO C2C, NO H1B, NO OPT
CBTS is searching for an IDM Business Analyst. The IDM Business Analyst is responsible for working with stakeholders to capture requirements and feature requests that drive IDM implementations, partnering with test engineers and developers to define behavior-driven development feature files, and ensuring the alignment of IDM services with business needs and security and policy controls. The IDM Business Analyst will play a critical role in the implementation and support of access control systems, will provide escalated support and subject matter expertise in support of the Identity Management Customer Support team as well as other customers, and will maintain service, process, and product documentation.

β’ Experience developing business requirements or specifications
β’ Experience working as a business analyst in an agile development environment
β’ Must have advanced level SQL skills
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with business and technology stakeholders
β’ Demonstrated knowledge of Identity and Access Management business processes and controls
Qualifications:
β’ Masterβs degree in computer science, Information Systems, STEM, or a related ο¬eld or bachelor's degree plus training and work experience that equates to a master's degree.
β’ Senior level experience as a Business Analyst in an IAM environment
β’ Experience working in BDD/TDD development environment
β’ Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA
β’ Experience with enterprise IDM systems (e.g. PING Suite, Okta)
β’ Experience with Directories (LDAP, Azure AD, SCIM)
β’ Experience participating in cross-functional role-modeling exercise with both business and technical users to create roles that accurately reflect the organization's business and corresponding IT access authorizations to fulfill those business needs
β’ Experience in Banking environment is preferred.
