This role requires onsite work and close collaboration with the Project Manager and business leaders. Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements for file share migration and access control. • Analyze current file share structures, permissions, and access issues. • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications. • Collaborate with business owners to understand workflows and pain points. • Support planning and execution of migration activities. • Assist the Project Manager with project coordination and delivery tasks. • Conduct testing and validation to ensure alignment with business requirements. • Prepare comprehensive documentation and process flows. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Technical or IT Business Analyst. • Expert Level expereince in PowerBI. • Must have strong understanding of IT Infrastructure. • Understanding of file systems, network shares, NTFS permissions, and Active Directory. • Experience with data/file migration projects preferred. • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
