Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in data warehouse documentation and a strong grasp of the Azure tech stack and Databricks. This role will support multiple business units including Respiratory, Oncology, and Vaccine, and requires experience working with syndicated data.
Responsibilities:
β’ Create and maintain technical documentation for data warehouse architecture, pipelines, and processes.
β’ Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
β’ Ensure documentation aligns with compliance standards and internal best practices.
β’ Support cross-functional teams by providing documentation for onboarding, training, and operational continuity.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 7+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in IT or Data Engineering environments.
β’ Proven experience documenting Azure-based data solutions and Databricks workflows.
β’ Familiarity with syndicated data and its application in life sciences.
β’ Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data governance.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Experience:
β’ Prior work supporting Respiratory, Oncology, or Vaccine business units.
β’ Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
